November Update:

Kent's daily Etoposide (VP-16) chemo has been moving along as scheduled, along with the bi-weekly Avastin IV chemo treatments. Kent has been feeling a little tired, which is to be expected with this type of treatment; he seems to be coping well with this combination.

The analysis of Kent's November 5th MRI revealed an expected tumour which has continued to grow in the corpus collosum area during the five weeks after surgery, as Kent was unable to receive chemo until his incision healed. We are hopeful the combination of Etoposide (VP-16) and Avastin chemo’s is having an impact on the tumour growth. Kent will have only been on the chemo’s for a period of 20 days before the next MRI is scheduled.
